Senior Art Director

About this position

We are looking for a badass creative, that not only can produce beautiful creative but can also build concepts and interpret the style of the client, all the while standing their ground and clearly articulating their position. You will cooperate with a design-savvy team that provides tons of feedback and assists with the initial direction through well-designed briefs and client narratives.

What you'll be doing

• Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter and team
• Visualization, storyboarding, mood-boarding.
• Have a deep understanding of brand strategic positioning and target audience
• Collaborate well with the rest of the team
• Adhere to somewhat strict deadlines
• Manage and delegate responsibilities to other team members and provide directions
• Eloquently present completed ideas to clients/team members
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

Requirements

• Proven working experience as Art Director
• Hands-on experience with logo design, typography, color, web layout design, print production, image selection, and package design
• Proficient use of the Adobe Suite
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a STRONG portfolio
• Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• Relevant education or training upon request
